Taxes are included in the price.

• Summer, fall, winter :
  • $ 135 / night
  • $ 860 / week
  • Minimum 2 nights stay
• Summer (from July 25 to August 8, 2020):
  • $ 140 / night
  • $ 900 / week
  • Minimum 2 nights stay
• Christmas (from December 19, 2020 to January 2, 2021):
  • $ 235 / nuit
  • $ 1600 / week
  • Minimum 3 nights stay
• For each reservation, add $ 110 of cleaning fee.
• For more than 4 people, add $ 80 for the reservation.

All rates are in Canadian dollars. Special price for long term available on request.

Reservation policies

• At the time of booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.
• Full payment must be received 20 days before your arrival and will not be refundable.
• A refundable security deposit of $ 300 may be required.
• You must be 21 years of age and over and be present during the stay to rent.
• The maximum number of 8 people must be respected at all times.
• Pets are not accepted.
• Smoking is prohibited in the house.
